GARDEN & POOL AREA

Villa Olivia’s terraced outdoor space is thoughtfully designed for maximum enjoyment. The upper-level terrace, accessible from the living room and kitchen, is perfect for alfresco dining, featuring a seating area and a large dining table and an additional gas BBQ for convenience.



Stepping down to the lower level, you’ll find the swimming pool area, complete with sun beds for lounging after a refreshing dip. This relaxing space also includes a large table, a bar, and a brick and gas BBQ, making it a fantastic spot for entertaining.



Families will appreciate the securely gated turfed area with a trampoline and plenty of room for safe play, ensuring a worry-free holiday environment where children can enjoy themselves.The new double air conditioned garden suite is found near the entrance of the house, offering a private and comfortable space for a coupleteenagers wanting their own space.



Villa Olivia has a good sized drive way with space for up to 3 cars.
