The is place has mold in the bathroom, broken tiles and a non-functional kitchen that smelled from what was left behind from a previous stay. The fans did not help during the 94-degree temperatures and you couldn’t open the windows as the apartment was on street level. It was impossible to contact the owner as the apartment is managed by a company.VRBO was also unhelpful in this situation.

TL;DR — despite their listing as a Premier Host, I was never supplied with a place to stay, they put my and my child’s safety at risk, and they refused to refund my money.The facts:I arrived at the apartment in the early afternoon and found that the deadbolt on the street level apartment door was broken. I contacted the manager and over the course of the day sent a video demonstrating the problem and video called with them twice to demonstrate the problem. At about 9pm, they sent someone to fix it, but he broke the key off in the lock, making the apartment un-usable. At about 11pm, they offered another place for us to stay and gave us a keycode. We got there at about midnight and the code did not work (it was not even the right style of keypad for the code provided), they did not answer the phone or texts, the email they gave me bounced, and they never called me again. We never spent a single night in an accommodation provided by them, they left us stranded in Paris at midnight, and they have refused to refund my money for a week’s accommodation.
