The apartment is as great and looks just like the photos. Great fully equipped kitchen, bathroom very new and clean. Bedroom very comfortable and closets very nice with enough hangers. Couch and carpet could be cleaner. Only two towels and two hand towels provided so if you want more maybe bring some. Also only two pillows so if you like more pillows something to bring. Finally the stairs are quite steep and uneven so going up and down with luggage was a challenge. If the stairs were a bit easier it would be perfect.

This flat is situated in wonderful neighborhoods and all attractions are easily accessible on foot or by subway, Cozy beds, a pleasant, tidy bathroom, and vibrant furniture and decorations made the stay pleasant, The only downsides were that the flat was rather dusty, there were some unwashed dishes in the kitchen cabinets, and the dishwasher that was promised didn't work and wasn't repaired despite multiple attempts to address this issue with the host, However, the positives still outweighed the negatives and we would certainly suggest the lodging if you wish to immerse yourself in the heart of Paris!

L’appartement situé au 3e étage est super et très moderne. Une des plus grande salle de bain que nous ayons jamais eu sur Paris ! L’emplacement est absolument central à tout ce que Le Marais a à offrir.Les deux pièces sont bien équipées et extrêmement lumineuses à toutes heure du jour. Il faudrait ainsi prévoir un rideau bloquant la lumière pour la chambre à coucher. Le laveuse est très efficace mais pas sécheuse ni climatiseur d’ailleurs. Le gestionnaire fut très réactif à nos questions et demandes.Le seul vrai défi que nous pouvons partager avec cet appartement est l’escalier d’accès au logement qui est sombre étroit et en mauvais état. La porte d’accès au logement est très sécuritaire mais semble tout droit sorti du siècle précédent ! Après cet première impression qui peut surprendre, nous avons été extrêmement confortable pour notre séjour de 15 nuits.
