we did not receive check in information until the day of our arrival. we were shown photos of how to enter and were suspicious about the property because the entrance way was very sketchy looking. Upon arrival, we were shocked to see a long, dark, narrow passage with garbage cans on one side, and electrical boxes on the other leading to a dark very old stairway that we suspected would support our luggage. I immediately called the rental company who told me to get in touch with the property manager. I called five times with no answer. We left and went to a hotel. This rental property is managed by Belvilla and CheckMyGuest. It’s very confusing as I was getting emails from both companies.
