The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and easy to access. Check-in was straightforward, and it was well equipped for our stay. The location was convenient for accessing public transport and local shops. However, the surrounding neighbourhood felt more run down than we had expected and appeared to be one of the less affluent parts of Paris. While we did not experience any safety issues, it did not have the atmosphere we were hoping for. There are also a few maintenance and communication issues that would improve the guest experience. The washing machine and fridge both need attention, and the hot water system was inconsistent. The main concern was the extended power outage. We were without power overnight and for most of the following day during very hot weather. While we understand that the outage itself was outside the property's control, there was very little communication or proactive updates, which left us unsure of what was happening or what support was available. More regular updates and clearer communication during unexpected situations would make a significant difference for guests. Overall, our stay was average. The apartment has some good features, but improvements to maintenance, communication, and guest support during unexpected situations would make for a much better experience.

Die Wohnung war sehr leicht zu finden, die Anweisungen zur Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach zu befolgen und die Bilder entsprachen genau der Realität. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Handtücher waren schön flauschig und hatten eine gute Größe, und die bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukte waren sehr gut. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gegend bietet alles, was man braucht, und ist sehr gut angebunden. Gegenüber befindet sich Parker's Pizza – dort gibt es köstliche, frisch zubereitete Pizza, die schnell zubereitet wird.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es stimmt, dass sie von außen nicht wie eine typische Wohnung aussieht, aber drinnen ist sie wirklich toll. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Die Gegend ist auch gut, und die U-Bahn-Linie 2 ist in der Nähe.
