Le Patio des Artistes is a hidden gem! The duplex loft is stunning with its high glass walls that let in so much natural light, I loved how spacious it felt, and the decor was both modern and cozy, The location is perfect for exploring Paris — just a short walk to the Ledru/Rollin metro station made getting around super easy, Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, I can't wait to return!

The pictures are deceiving. The location was great, but amenities were not up to the price paid. The main floor had some sort of carpet running down the middle creating an uneven surface under the dining table with the wood floor (perhaps it was being repaired?). The center living room window had no blinds, so you could see people in their apartments and they could see you. There was no dish soap, dish towels, coffee maker, spatulas, etc. The kitchen did have an espresso machine with complimentary cups, but you don't want to drink many at once. Downstairs bathroom did not have toilet paper, soap, or a towel rack and the toilet ran the entire time. The upstairs bathrooms had plenty of towels. One bathroom sink was clogged but was not evident until you ran some water and the sink started filling.Biggest complaint was with Belvilla. It did not return any of my four messages thru VRBO after I booked. I did not receive instructions for accessing the rental until I was going to Paris the day of our arrival. I did get a hold of someone a couple of days prior to confirm the reservation but was always told "Someone from the post-booking team" would get in touch with me. They never did until the day of our arrival. They did send a few emails after we got there to see how we were doing, which was appreciated.If you see a listing on VRBO that says Belvilla is the host, be extra vigilant of renting from them. I will not do it again. I would rather go through an individual host.

Was man auf den Bildern sieht, ist etwas irreführend. Die Lage war super, aber die Ausstattung entsprach nicht dem Preis. Im Erdgeschoss lag mittig ein Teppich, der unter dem Esstisch eine unebene Fläche zum passenden Holzboden bildete (vielleicht wurde der Boden repariert?). Das Wohnzimmerfenster hatte keine Jalousien, sodass man die Nachbarn in ihren Wohnungen sehen konnte und umgekehrt. Es fehlten Spülmittel, normale Seife, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannenwender und andere grundlegende Kochutensilien. Die Küche war zwar mit einer Espressomaschine und kostenlosen Tassen ausgestattet, aber man sollte nicht zu viele auf einmal trinken. Im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss fehlten Toilettenpapier, Seife und sogar ein Handtuchhalter, und die Toilette lief ständig. In den Badezimmern im Obergeschoss gab es ausreichend Handtücher. Eines der Waschbecken war verstopft, was aber erst auffiel, als man Wasser laufen ließ und das Waschbecken sich füllte. Meine größte Beschwerde betrifft Belvilla selbst. Sie haben auf keine meiner vier Nachrichten über VRBO nach meiner Buchung geantwortet. Ich erhielt erst am Anreisetag im Zug von Marseille nach Paris die Zugangsdaten für die Wohnung. Ich konnte zwar ein paar Tage vorher jemanden erreichen, um die Reservierung zu bestätigen, wurde aber immer wieder vertröstet: „Jemand vom Buchungsservice“ würde sich bei mir melden. Das geschah bis zu unserer Ankunft nicht. Immerhin schickten sie uns nach unserer Ankunft ein paar E-Mails, um sich nach unserem Befinden zu erkundigen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für den Preis nur mittelmäßig. Wenn Sie auf VRBO ein Angebot mit dem Namen „Belvilla“ sehen, … Ich würde in Zukunft besonders vorsichtig sein, bei diesem Gastgeber zu mieten. Ich werde das nicht wieder tun. Ich würde lieber über einen privaten Gastgeber buchen.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Gehminuten von U-Bahn-Stationen und Bushaltestellen entfernt, sodass man die Stadt bequem erkunden kann. Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren ein großes Plus für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Was für ein wunderschönes Loft! Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist atemberaubend, und die Einrichtung ist modern und dennoch gemütlich. Das Bett war super bequem, und der separate Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch machte es einfach, etwas Arbeit zu erledigen. Ich habe auch die verbesserten Reinigungsstandards sehr geschätzt.
