The Wardens House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, fridge and fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, larder, and breakfast bar for two and a dining table for six, a utility with a washer/dryer, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, a snug with books, a games room with pool table, and a cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedrooms include a king-size, double, and two twins. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, WC, and basin and heated towel rail. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there are trees surrounding, front and rear garden with lawns and a shed. Off-road parking for two cars. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 3.1 miles. Visit The Wardens House for your next adventure. Note: Although fenced the front and rear garden are not fully enclosed. Note: No pets allowed upstairs
