Beautifully decorated Ponte house in the old part of Punat, 700 meters from the sea and the town center. The house consists of three floors. In the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom, air conditioning and TV, while on the second floor there is also a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and air conditioning. The house does not have a terrace or balcony, because it is located in the old part of Punat. Parking is free and secured, and is located 300 meters from the apartment.
