The living area opens directly onto a 20 m2 terrace and gives access to the swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure. An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level and comes equipped with a hot plate, an oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom with a bathtub and WC completes the ground floor. The entrance hall, also located on this level, benefits from air conditioning. On the upper floor, you will discover the 3 bedrooms that make up the private sleeping quarters. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third room is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
