House of Memory

The House of Memory is the name of a cultural project aimed at all those who want to come and discover the Northeast of Trás-os-Montes… the friendliness of its people, myths, traditions, gastronomy and especially its magnificent landscapes. Therefore, we have rebuilt the old stone house… for our peace and quiet and to be rented at affordable prices… to those who come in peace… to spend a day… a weekend… a holiday. Two bedrooms… where you can rest in a double bed… in the morning, open the window and wake up to the melody of the goldfinch… Kitchen to prepare your meals. Two bathrooms, living room with television. Free WIFI. We await you at the House of Memory, in the village of Milhão, 15 minutes from Bragança and Spain, via the A4. At Casa da Memória (House of Memory), we preserve the memories of the small stone houses of northeastern Trás-os-Montes, where past and present blend in perfect harmony. Our house is near Spain, the Montesinho Natural Park, Gimonde, and Rio de Onor. Next to the house is a children's playground. The village, with its hospitable people, has a café and a grocery store. The mountain landscapes are breathtaking, with views of the magnificent Serra de Nogueira.
