Kick back and relax in this luxurious space just a short walk from the sea and convenient to the city centre. Newly refurbished, modern and bright - a home away from home when visiting Galway. Tucked in off the road this apartment offers free parking spaces and you can walk to the sea or catch a bus right outside to the city centre. The apartment also has a lovely patio area which gets morning sun - ideal for breakfast during the summer months!

Short 10 min walk to a shopping area with a medium sized supermarket, cafe, restaurants , dry cleaner/laundry and hairdresser.

Apartment is in a quiet development - no parties of any type are permitted.

Strictly no smoking or vaping.

Ground floor apartment all on one level. Step free entry.

1 bedroom with a king sized bed and fitted wardrobe, side tables and dressing table.

I bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Kitchen and living room are in one spacious room with large sliding door.

Full kitchen with washer dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast counter with three stools. Dining table with four chairs.

Sitting room has a leather sofa bed (140cm) armchair, TV and other furntiure.

Located 50m from bus stop where you can get a bus to the city centre.

There was no listing of emergency services in the event that we would have needed them. Not sure if the renter or the client provides toilet paper and trash bags. We purchased. Front door code often did not work unless we punched it in 8-12 times. Quite frustrating! Would have been helpful to know what there were instructions for the heaters and TV in the cabinet below the TV. When we entered the house, the temperature was 11 degrees. We did not know that we could hit the button on the heaters five times to get three hours of heat and suffered through our first 24 hours, we kept hitting the button one time and getting 15 minutes after 15 minutes of heat which did little but keep the apartment from 11-14 degrees which was brutally cold. Toilet paper holder was put on the wall upside down so the roll kept sliding off onto the floor. Having the be aware every three hours of having to go to each of the 3 heaters and turn them on for another 3 hours was VERY bothersome. Not knowing what to do with the trash and recyclables was frustrating.
