Holiday home with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna located on a natural plot of approx. 1200 m2, only about 275 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches in Bøtø near Marielyst. Approximately 3 km from the summer house, you will find the town of Marielyst, where there are beach road cafés with outdoor seating in the summer, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping opportunities. The summer house has four bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two mattresses, as well as a TV with DVD player. There are two bathrooms with toilet, shower, and sink, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, was renovated in 2024. The open kitchen leads directly into the dining area. The living room has a wood-burning stove and heat pump, as well as a TV with satellite dish (digital), DVD player, music system with CD player, and internet. You can relax in both the hot tub and sauna after lots of fun and splashing in the pool. The large garden is fenced in and encourages games and play with a swing, play frame, sandpit, and table tennis table. The garden has both an open and covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace, and a charcoal grill.There is a charging station for electric cars, Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
