Le lac Malone est l'escapade parfaite du week-end - nous l'appelons "The Maya II"!

Le lac Malone est l'escapade parfaite le week-end. Notre maison est juste au bord de l'eau (pas d'escalier une fois que vous ĂȘtes hors du pont). Il a une vue imprenable. Il a un foyer (idĂ©al pour les smores) Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et un foyer sans conduit Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Confortable et calme, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous ici. IdĂ©al pour une soirĂ©e entre parents ou un week-end en famille au bord du lac, le lac Malone est magnifique et isolĂ© mais Ă  une courte distance en voiture (1,5 heures) de Nashville, TN, donc facilement rĂ©alisable pour une nuit ou un week-end.

Le Maya II est juste sur l'eau. Nous avons des tonnes de jeux de yards (échelle, volley-ball, badminton, etc.) Nous avons un quai pour que vous puissiez apporter votre propre bateau (vous devrez le déposer à la marina). Vous pouvez louer des bateaux pour la journée à Shady Cliff Marina. Beaucoup de jeux de société aussi. Cuisine complÚte / laveuse / sécheuse / cafetiÚre et moulin. Grand pont - 1 étage couvert et le 2e en plein air.

Nous avons nommé la propriété en l'honneur de notre précieux chien Maya qui est décédé - le chien du voisin lui ressemble!

Had a great time enjoying the lake views sitting on the huge covered porch. House has everything you need for a relaxing time. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.

Great trip.

We had a great time visiting and fishing with friends and family. The property fit our needs great. The house was well supplied with essentials so we really didn’t need to bring anything with us except for our food. Be advised there is no place to park a boat trailer on the property but the owner of Shady cliff resort let us leave our trailer’s there. All in all a great place to stay.

Great stay!

My husband and enjoyed our stay! It was a wonderful retreat for us. The home was clean and spacious. We loved the covered deck and spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet retreat!

This lake house was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed seeing Lake Malone for the first time. The beds were comfortable and I would return. The paddle boat and kayaks were fun to use.

Cabin Interior and exterior were perfect. Owner had MORE than adequate supplies for bath and kitchen! Will certainly consider booking this cabin again.

Very nice remote location on Lake Malone. Didn’t have the opportunity to use the lake but it looked inviting. House was well maintained and tidy! Would definitely recommend.

Spring Break

We had a great Spring Break. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the paddle boat. Parking and turning around is a little tough with a full size truck and boat trailer, but we were able to get it figured out. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is amazing! This is our second stay here. The house is spotless and comfortable and right on the water. The hosts are the nicest people. I can’t say enough wonderful things. If you want a wonderful stay on the lake this is your place!

Lake getaway

This property was the perfect stay for us. There were 6 adults that went and the space was very accommodating. Anything we needed we were able to find there. We even had access to the owners lake toys! (Water mat, paddle boat, kayaks etc) . It was a nice adult getaway but would've been great to take the kids to as well!

A slice of paradise!

This was an amazing stay and property. To start, just getting there is an adventure. Driving in, you truly get the feeling of relief that comes with escaping the daily grind of day to day life and being welcomed to relax and disconnect. It was easy to see that this property is a well loved home. The host has added many thoughtful and convenient touches- everything from having multiple bathroom products and extra life jackets (a fantastic variety of sizes and brands) to fishing poles and every single cooking pan or utensil you could need. I cannot stress enough how the host has gone the extra mile through small touches to ensure you do not go without while youre there!!My family had an absolute blast here and appreciated how clean and well organized everything is. The check out process was very easy and low demand. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect getaway

Exactly what we anticipated but more. The host had extra towels, life jackets, kitchen supplies, games, and fishing poles! There were actually 4 kayaks and no paddle boat, but Mother Nature (rain) wouldn’t have let us tried the boat. We hope to come again.

Perfect Getaway

We went with the family for our moms 60th birthday and had the best time. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need, the owners were generous with supplies!! The location of the house was remote which we enjoyed. There wasn’t too much boat traffic in front of our dock so the kids could swim. We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boats and had loads of fun with the board games! The porch was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. We had the best time and all agreed we wanted to return again, for longer next time!

Friend’s getaway

Had a great time at maya 2. Loved the layout with the master bedroom being separated from the others. Offered enough privacy for us and our friends. The covered porch was great and where we spent most of our time. I would recommend a ceiling fan though. Tv was easy to figure out and we enjoyed a couple of movies. There’s not an ice maker so stop at Wayne’s and grab a bag. Overall a great relaxing week.♄

Fun and relaxing time with childhood friends

We found this home and decided to meet in Kentucky this year. For the last 32 years we've been meeting in Tennessee - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area. Very clean home with good accomodations. If you bring all your food, drink, etc. you do not have to leave if you don't want to. Homeowner was very accomodating emailed code and time we could check in home. Thank you!

Lake Malone Retreat

This is a beautiful home, with many needed homey items. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms provided toiletries and plenty of towels. Fishing poles and tackle are also available. The deck to the lake does get very hot and is slick (owner was notified). The kayaks and water pad were appreciated and used during our stay. We were notified the day prior to our arrival that there would be a large pile of dirt in the yard. We did have workers show up, we were notified by Stephanie the morning they arrived. Additionally a mowing crew showed up on Thursday that we were not made aware of or expecting. Overall, this was a very nice house for our family vacation of 5 people and would recommend for a quiet retreat (minus the workers :).
