For those who love warm weather, the sea and continuous entertainment, this excellent residential will become a dream place to enjoy your vacation, as it is only 600 m from the beach and has several saltwater pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym, sauna and even an area to prepare barbecues! One of the pools is outdoor, measures 24 m in diameter, goes from 0.90 m to 2 m deep, and communicates with a children's pool of 14 m in diameter and 0.35 m to 0.90 m deep. There is also a heated pool of 8 m x 5 m and 1.50 m deep. In the garden, surrounded by lawn, you can lie in the sun or play with the children. A crib and a high chair are available. The beach of Gandia is a true paradise thanks to its great location, good weather and its great coastal stretch of white and fine sand and its clean waters. We recommend visiting Platja del Nord or Platja d L’Ahuir. Sunday afternoons are the ones to visit the local market. If you enjoy nature, do not miss the opportunity to get to know Ullal de l’Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandia moss. The outdoor pool opens from June 1 to September 30. The heated pool opens from October 1 to May 31. The tennis, paddle tennis, gym and barbecue facilities are free. The sauna is paid and works with coins.
