Parking: There is designated parking for this listing outside the property in the parking area.

Other Things to Note:
• This apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a single flight of around 20 stairs. Please note there is no lift in the building.
• Parking for one medium sized vehicle is included; vans are not permitted to park at the property as the parking space is sized for a medium sized vehicle only.
• The sofa bed is suitable for 1 person only.
• The TV is a Smart TV with access to streaming apps but is not connected to satellite channels.
