Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really glad to hear you found the property clean, bright, and easy to navigate, and that the location worked well for you. I’m sorry to hear there were aspects that didn’t meet your expectations. Check-in and check-out times are set to allow for proper cleaning and preparation, but I always try to accommodate flexibility when possible, so I’ll review how I can improve this. I also appreciate you noting the damage and the noise from the neighbour — I’ll be addressing both to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for your helpful comments, and I hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable.

Lovely location

The property is nicely located near the beach, bus stations, coffee shops and (God forbid the hospital if needed) - The property manager was very fast at responding. I would not recommend the property for elder people with knee issues. My husband, my daughter and I found it fun to climb the 53 steps however i can see it being tough for older people. Overall a great location.

Brighton stay for nine nights

Overall a good stay. Kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The flat was advertised as havng a refurbished bathroom but there is a plumbing problem and the shower/tub does not drain properly. The shower wall leaks and water puddles on the floor beside the shower. I notified the host after we used the shower for the first time. We stayed for nine nights and the plumbing problem was not fixed during that time.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and that you made good use of the well-equipped kitchen — it’s great to know it contributed to a comfortable visit. We’re truly sorry about the plumbing issue in the bathroom and that it wasn't resolved during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially for a longer visit. While we did try to address the issue as soon as it was reported, we regret that the repair took longer than expected and wasn’t completed before your departure. Please rest assured that the necessary repairs have now been carried out to ensure this doesn't affect future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a much smoother experience next time.
