Fully furnished and equipped with all you'll need for a perfect stay, the spacious living area has a large sofa, Smart TV and a dining table that seats 5. There is a coffee machine in the fully equipped kitchen plus a modern tiled bathroom. Fresh linen, towels, guest toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. Located in a quiet, residential area of Brighton, a 10 minute walk from the scenic Preston Park.

It’s a perfect space to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life. Situated on the second floor, the flat provides a peaceful retreat in an inviting setting.



Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a bright, welcoming hallway adorned with artwork and a large mirror that adds warmth to the space. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchair, and a dining table, creating an ideal area to relax. You can enjoy the Smart TV, read a book from the selection provided, listen to records, or share a home-cooked meal with friends and family.



The primary bedroom is spacious and light-filled, featuring a king-size bed, a wardrobe with ample storage space, and a chest of drawers. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, stylish wall art, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a small TV, adding to the room's charm.



The modern, tiled bathroom includes a powerful shower along with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and toiletries. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a microwave, coffee machine, cafetiere, kettle, and toaster. Cooking basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, and more are provided to make your stay as convenient as possible.



For added convenience, the apartment offers self-check-in and amenities like an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. You’re just a short stroll from the lovely Preston Park and a five-minute walk to Preston Park train station. The center of Brighton is easily accessible either on foot or via regular bus services.



Guest Access:

For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over. There are strictly no parties permitted at this property or late night noise.

There are some fantastic local spots nearby. The Tivoli Food & Wine grocery store is just round the corner and Tivoli Café is just 3 minutes away from the apartment if you fancy heading out for brunch. If you fancy heading out for a pub lunch or for a relaxing drink, the Station Hotel & Pub is about 10 minutes down the road and if when you're heading into town you want to stop for great coffee, Small Batch Coffee Shop at Seven Dials is recommended.



The Brighton Laines is a hub of independent shops and eateries and a great spot for people watching. You can explore The Laines and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of cafes, pubs and jewellery shops. The Flat is a short bus ride away from the centre of Brighton and a 30 minute stroll from the beach front and the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. This flat is in the perfect location for you to come and enjoy your home away from home.

Getting Around:

Brighton is well-connected, making it easy to reach and navigate whether you’re arriving by train, coach, or car. Located just an hour south of London by rail, Brighton’s central station is served by regular trains from London Victoria, London Bridge, and St Pancras International, providing a quick and direct link to the capital. For international visitors, Gatwick Airport is just a 30-minute train ride away, while Heathrow Airport can be reached by a convenient coach or train journey.

If you’re travelling by coach, National Express operates services from London, Heathrow, and other major UK cities, typically arriving at Pool Valley Coach Station, a short walk from the beach and city centre. Driving to Brighton is straightforward, with the A23 linking it directly to London and the M25, while the A27 connects Brighton with towns along the south coast. However, parking in Brighton can be limited, especially in the city centre. Many visitors find it easier to park at one of the city’s Park & Ride locations or in one of the larger car parks outside the central area.

Once in Brighton, getting around is easy without a car. The city’s bus network, run by Brighton & Hove Buses, offers extensive routes across Brighton, Hove, and surrounding areas, with frequent services. Day passes and contactless payment options make it convenient to hop on and off. For short distances, Brighton is a very walkable city, with many attractions, shopping districts, and the beach all within easy reach.

Cycling is also popular, and there are dedicated bike lanes throughout the city. Brighton has a public bike hire scheme, BTN BikeShare, with docking stations located conveniently around central areas and the seafront. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available, offering another easy way to get around, particularly for trips outside the main city hub.

For exploring further afield, the South Downs National Park is accessible by bus or train, with routes taking you to scenic countryside spots perfect for hiking and exploring. Whether you choose public transport, a bicycle, or a leisurely walk, Brighton’s compact size and excellent transport links make it easy to navigate and enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer.

The apartment is really beautiful, stylish and spacious. I travel a lot for work across the UK and overseas, and this has to be one of the most comfortable and well-stocked places I've stayed in, with excellent wifi and the fastest heating system I've ever experienced. The well-stocked bookshelves are an absolute delight!Be aware that on-street parking is only free from 8pm to 9am daily, and is limited to four hours during the day. Also note that the two flights of external steps up to the flat may be hard for anyone who has difficulty walking, a pram/pushchair or lots of luggage. Talking of steps, make sure to check out the long flight of steps close to the flat for daily exercise (see photo)!
