Just a few moments walk to the sea, Footprints Villa is a private, detached 4 bedroom (sleeps 7) contemporary home with its own private pool (warmed pool operates October 1st - 31st May annually). Two double rooms, a twin room and a single. Two bathrooms.
The villa is in the area at the quiet western end of the Pine Walk, set back just 100 metres (2 mins amble)....I'lla D'or Hotel area.
The villa incorporates modern design, with contemporary fixtures & furnishings to provide a very comfortable & relaxing home. A south facing pool, lots of space for sun lovers, outside dining, large BBQ, roof terrace (with double bed lounger and seating) and high-end deck furnishings.
Inside, the fully air-conditioned/heated space includes 40 foot living space, striking kitchen with granite tops Bosch appliances & Kholer fittings (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce gust coffee machine. beverage fridge, filter coffee machine).
Villa towels, adult bath robes, beach towels, hair dryers, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding and complimentary toiletries from The White Company of London all supplied.
To be so near the sea, with no need for a car, with a pool and fitted to a high quality modern standard, the villa is ideal to enjoy this popular, family focused holiday destination (one parking space is also available in front of the property).
The villa has free high speed 300mb wireless internet and UK TV.
As owner, I handle all enquires personally and provide a direct personal service to all guests, from the first enquiry, through booking and to arrival.
The Villa has a wonderful local English manager who cares for all your needs while in residence, and is responsible for cleaning, laundry, pool care, maintenance etc.

As detailed above I have heating for the villa's private pool, thus guaranteeing lovely warm bathing during the cooler months of the year. There is no extra cost to have the pool heated for your stay.
