Nuestra confortable villa de vacaciones está situada a las afueras de la antigua y cultural ciudad de Pollensa.

La propiedad está muy bien situada y ofrece la privacidad y la paz que necesita. Está a solo 1,5 km de Pollensa, donde puede encontrar restaurantes, bares, museos, exposiciones de arte, supermercados, etc. También tiene el club de golf a 3 km de nuestra villa, la playa de Cala San Vicente está a solo 4 km. de nuestra villa También tiene 2 grandes supermercados muy cerca, a solo 10 minutos a pie de nuestra propiedad.

La villa está diseñada, decorada y amueblada con los más altos estándares por su dueño artista, Miquel Cerdà, la villa contiene pinturas y esculturas de su colección privada y galería de arte.

Al entrar en nuestra villa de 180m2 hay una cocina moderna espaciosa y totalmente equipada con encimeras de mármol que incluye vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, parrilla, microondas, lavavajillas, congelador, nevera y área de desayuno.

Pocos pasos más, tiene un gran comedor ubicado en un área elevada con vista a la sala de estar con equipo de música, TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD, incluido WIFI que le permitirá disfrutar de una conexión a Internet mientras se relaja y disfruta de sus vacaciones.

Desde la sala de estar tiene acceso a la terraza de la piscina cubierta y al comedor donde puede disfrutar de una comida relajante. También encontrará la piscina, la fabulosa zona ajardinada y una bonita zona de barbacoa donde podrá cocinar, rodeado de césped y árboles.

La villa tiene 3 habitaciones en total con aire acondicionado, la habitación principal con cama doble y baño completo en suite con acceso directo a la terraza, y dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño completo adicional. También tiene un baño y una ducha en el área de la piscina.
La villa se calienta completamente para el período de invierno.

Procedimiento de alquiler:

- Depósito del 25% a pagar con tarjeta de crédito al hacer la reserva.
- 75% pagadero con tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo a la llegada.

Cerca del Pollensa Golf and Sport Center: Información sobre el golf: El Pollensa Golf Club está abierto para no miembros y está a solo 5 minutos en coche. Los desafiantes campos de 9 hoyos han sido descritos como algunos de los más bellos del Mediterráneo, con una casa club, un restaurante que también da la bienvenida a los no golfistas, una piscina, alquiler de palos, carritos y carros de golf. La matrícula se puede organizar y hay torneos regulares.

Información del Centro Deportivo: El Centro Deportivo está abierto para no miembros y solo 1 minuto a pie. Puedes practicar tenis, fútbol, escalar, correr, etc.

A perfect week's getaway

Fantastic property well located within walking distance of Pollensa and local supermarkets, and an ideal cycling base. Whilst not having an interest in art ourselves, the work around the walls and spaces was stunning and added a lot of interest to an already wonderful home. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the excellent outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Maria was nearby for any queries and we genuinely hope to return next year.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

Villa Norai gave us just what we were looking for. Lovely villa with interesting history, fantastic garden and outdoor kitchen area, and a great pool. We have been to Pollenca countless times over the past 20 years and have never enjoyed it more.

Stunning villa!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Norai. The villa is beautifully appointed and very unique. The pool was wonderful, UV filtered we think. Location was excellent, 2mins walk to the bus stop and 10mins walk into the enchanting Pollensa Old Town. Highly recommend….faultless!

Beautfiul Property in a Great Location

We stayed here in early June 18 and can't recommend it highly enough. The house is well laid out and comfortable, the pool and outside area is fantastic and the location is perfect. We hired a car and it took 5 mins to Pollenca and 10 mins to Port de Pollenca, both towns have their own charms and appeals and offer a great selection of restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you hire Villa Norai.

Lovely villa

This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

We came with our two grown up sons and had the most amazing time in this really beautiful, brilliantly located home. It was immaculate and the host could not have been more helpful. Thank you for the most wonderful, happy holiday. The pool and table tennis kept my sons fully occupied and it was just a short easy walk into Pollenca town and a very short drive to the beach. Fabulous villa is

Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

We stayed here in 2021 and returned 2022. What we really like about Villa Norai: Walking distance to Pollensa Short drive to Porto Pollensa 1 min drive to supermarkets Making it very well situated Large private pool Pretty spacious gardens Outside kitchen We love the shaded terrace, outside seating and loungers, shower at the pool-still miss sitting out there chatting! A wonderful month

We stayed at Villa Norai for four wonderful weeks. The Villa is lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful - and helped make this a fantastic experience. The villa is positioned so conveniently for walking into Pollensa old town and on the road directly to Port de Pollensa. We were able to do some remote working as well as holidaying - no problems with the quality of the WiFi. The kitchen and facilities were great. The whole family enjoyed our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back (in fact we didn’t want to leave). Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Villa in perfect location

We stayed for a week in this beautifull villa near Pollensa. The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The villa is located near the main road from Pollensa to Port de Pollensa, but it is very quiet and peacefull. Trafic noise wasn't a problem at all. The villa has everything you need and is very comfortable. You can easely walk to Pollenca, which is a very nice village to visit for shopping or eating-out. Also, cycling was excellent from here. We highly recommend this villa!

Return Visit

After last years successful family holiday we could not wait to return once again to this fantastic villa. This year we had both family and friends and all agreed that the quality and uniqueness of this villa coupled with its excellent location was a winner. Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you for the most memorable 50th birthday celebration.

Miquel Cerdà Salas (1949, Pollença) is a complete artist. He was a cultural agitator, he opted for contemporary art when nobody believed it and made it his own gallery in 1972. Then, there were only 4 Cats and Pelaires Art Gallery in Palma. He promoted to form young artists: Amador, Sussy Gómez, Biel March, Tofol Sastre ... Later he edited the graphic work of Jaume Plensa, José Morea, Fernando Martínez, Amador, Carmen Bereguer, Gerard Matas. For the gallery, other renowned artists also visited: Luis Castillo, Martín Royo, Sabala ... He left an indelible mark in his native town. The Pollença Museum pays tribute to it, which examines the artistic career.

CLOSE TO THE VILLAGE: The villa is very close to the village but at the same time we are outside in a very calm place.
The villa is only 15 minutes far by walk from the center of the village wheere you can find restaurants, bars, museums, market on sundays.

CLOSE TO THE SUPERMARKETS: The villa is 10 minutes far by walk from the 2 big supermarkets(Lidl and Erosky) we have outside the village, you can go by walk in a very safe path.

Amazing iron tables, sculptures and paintings from the owner. The owner is a renowned painter and sculptor and inside the villa you can see many of his works share it with other works of others artists.
