Check-In and Check-Out Information:

Flexible Timing: Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on the arrival or departure of other guests. However, we aim to maintain a 24-hour gap between bookings to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible.

Evening Restrictions: Please note that this is a residential building, and check-ins are not permitted after 9 PM.

Key Collection Details:

Primary Option - more than a month before arrival:
We post keys to you via trackable mail.

Primary Option - less than a month before arrival:
If your booking is within a month, keys cannot be posted to your address. Instead, you'll need to collect them locally:

a) The dry cleaner around the corner (open until 7 PM, Monday to Friday, and until 3 PM on Saturday).

b) If outside these hours, keys can be collected from the 24/7 concierge at the Barbican (approximately a 20-minute detour each way).

Security Note:
For security reasons, we do not use key safes in Central London.
