Charming one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and mountain view, that can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
The modern furnishings date back to 2023, featuring typical mountain characteristics without sacrificing modern comfort.
The property consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and washing machine, and a west-facing balcony accessible from both the bedroom and the living room.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your holidays in South Tyrol, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
The charming balcony, furnished with seating and a small table, allows you to enjoy the evening sun, as it is west-facing and offers a view of the village and surrounding mountains.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can also be reached by an elevator.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are available free of charge.
According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 2
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Ponte Gardena is located directly on the north-south axis of the Munich-Venice bike path and is strategically positioned for travelers heading from the north to Lake Garda
The location is ideal, as it is right in the center of the village, with a supermarket, shops, bars, etc., just below. Public buses also stop right in front of the house. The train station is about 300 meters away. Just behind the house begins the walking path that leads to Trostburg, a characteristic castle overlooking Ponte Gardena.
In winter, the location is strategic, as the buses stopping in front of the house can take you to Val Gardena includign Alpe di Siusi, where you can ski on the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski, or to Plose, near Bressanone. Additionally, for those who prefer to enjoy winter with cross-country skiing or simply walking in the snow, the Villandro alpine pasture can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car! During Christmas time, you can easily reach the major Christmas markets in Bolzano, Merano, Bressanone, and Vipiteno using public transportation.
In summer, the location is perfect, as it allows you to visit all the major attractions of South Tyrol by car or public transport. From the Dolomites to the vineyards in southern South Tyrol, all the way to Lake Braies in the Puster Valley, everything is easily accessible. All major cities in South Tyrol are reachable with the public means of transport from Ponte Gardena.
House No. 10 offers free outdoor public parking within walking distance, Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, washing machine, and free use of linens and towels. There is one garage parking spot only, which can be used from both apartments, therefore the availability is not granted.
Pets are NOT allowed.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.
Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)
Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
