Dwelling in the Alps

The house overlooks the Alps and you can admire Mont Blanc. It is located in a small, very quiet village, which allows you to escape from the routine of the city, without however being very far from all city comforts (15/20 minutes from Aosta). Suitable for a romantic getaway and perfect for families who wish to find calm. The house is spread over one floor for 70m^2 inside a terraced villa with 3 accommodations. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and kitchenware. Equipped with independent heating system. The living area is equipped with a table for 4/6 people and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed. The double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe. The second room has two single beds, perfect for children, but not only. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, bidet and toilet with hot water. The utility room/laundry contains all the items needed to clean the house, there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Very quiet area. Nearby you can find restaurants (Avalon), parks (Parc Animalier), ski facilities and snow parks (Rhemes-Notre-Dame, Valsavarenche, Valgrisenche, Pila, La Thuile and Courmayeur), supermarkets, departures for mountain walks, castles (Introd , Aymavilles, Sarre) and much more. The house is 30 minutes from the Pré-Saint-Didier Spa and the adventure park, 40 minutes from Courmayeur (ski lifts and Skyway), 20 minutes from the city of Aosta and much more.
