No air conditioning

The air conditioner didnt work, it was 31.5 c in the apartment. They kept saying that they never had a complaint before and that the inside thermostat was reading the outside temp. No air was coming out of any vents. I was told we had to purchase my own garbage bags, tea towel and any other housekeeping items normally provided in any rental. We left after the first night and was supposed to stay 3 nights. They wont refund any money and never came to look at the air conditioner. There was supposed to be a coffee maker and wadnt one. Overall really terrible.

Great place for a few nights!

This place was great! Someone will meet you in person for check in, so make sure you get the timing right. The place was clean, spacious, with a full kitchen and a washing machine. They had everything we needed. Had a balcony which was great for evening hangouts, and was very close to Sagrada familia and other activities. Only negatives were that the AC didn’t work very well, and the place is old so the street sounds are very loud. Trash trucks, bikes, etc. sound like the window is open even when it is closed.

Appartment was as on the pictures, nur very Loud ( Noise from the street and from other appartments within the same House). Few spoons in the kitchen, on dish Washing Towel

Microwave didn’t work. Water heater had limited capacity. Windows curtains not in best shape. Windows shutters need replacement. Safety issues on Building Main Entrance Ramp. Really noisy at night
