The apartment was clean and in a great location. The metro was very easy, the beds comfy and it was much better than staying at a hotel!

Lovely stay in a central location.

Great stay, perfect for our family trip to Barcelona. Only thing missing was a plug for the kitchen sink but otherwise great. Front room was a little noisy to sleep in but fine with window closed.

Great location near the Sagrada Familia

Nice small apartment a block away from the Sagrada Familia. Great place to stay while traveling. The property manager was attentive and helpful with local recommendations. One thing to note is that the AC unit is a mini split in the living room, so on very hot days the master bedroom at the other end of the apartment can get a bit hot.

The location of the apartment is perfect, super convenient. And the communication and check-in was very on point. The apartment itself is very spacious, but the furniture feels dated and old, the apartment itself doesn't have good insolation, so feels very cold in the winter.

Great location. Nice place

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was comfortable and easy. The check-in process was too long. We arrived about 9pm and I think the guy was in our apartment until after 10. We were ready to be done with check in.

Amazing location right by the Sagrada Familia!

This apartment was great for three adult women. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and one newly remodeled bathroom, shower could be small for someone large. We liked that we got 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels for each adult for the week and there’s a laundry right across the street! Kitchen stocked with basics, but would have liked a few more trash bags. The only thing that did not match the description of the apartment was that it was as air conditioned. The apt. is large with one old AC unit in the main room, which did not cool the three bedrooms, kitchen, and hallway; however, 2 standing fans were provided. We were lucky we went in October and by the second night the cooler nights allowed us to open windows. Wouldn’t recommend it in the summer but if you are looking for proximity to the Sagrada Familia, it’s perfect! Good communication with host.

Dear guest, thanks for your comment, we need to clarify some aspects :) We do confirm that there's A/C, not sure what you mean by old (it's 6 years old) and as most of residential apartments in Barcelona, there is a unit in the living room: we are not used to keep A/C on at night in our bedrooms. As you actually mentiones, you have spent your holiday in mid October, no need to cool down as we have the best climate. Of course, if you need to sleep with 18º C it will not be possible, but that is considered quite extreme in Southern Europe!

Helle Ferienwohnung sehr zentral, super Service vom Anbieter

Zentral gelegene Wohnung im 4. Stock mit Aufzug - hell, sauber und gute Versorgung (genug frische Handtücher, super Föhn, Basis Ausstattung in der Küche, einige Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung). Übergabe der Schlüssel auch super pünktlich im Apartment, perfekte Kommunikation in den Stunden davor per WhatsApp, gute Einführung in alles, was man wissen sollte. Auch die Kommunikation vorher zur Anreise war hochprofessionell. Kartenzahlung vor Ort, auch für Gästetax, unproblematisch. Gelegen inmitten von Restaurants, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Metro Sagrada nur 1 Block weiter. Akustisch im Haus und von draußen erstaunlich ruhig, gute Isolierung der Fenster in Richtung Straße. 2 Fenster von größtem Schlafzimmer und vom Wohnzimmer gehen nach draußen, die anderen Fenster in einen Innenschacht. Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf die Türme der Sagrada von der Fläche am größten, Wohnzimmer hat auch gute Größe. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer eng, aber vollkommen okay. Apotheke und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Zusatzkosten wie Sonntag Checkin waren - im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern - total okay, Rückgabe Kaution unproblematisch: war 2 Tage nach Abreise zurück auf der Kreditkarte. Wir sind schon viel verreist und waren wirklich super zufrieden! PS Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant Ole Mallorca 1 Block weiter: Carrer de Mallorca, 436 bis.

Sejour en famille à Barcelone

Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter les principales attractions soit à pieds soit en utilisant les transports en commun. Nombreux commerces (boulangerie, supérette,....) tout autour de l appartement Appartement agréable et très bien aménagé. Les photos ne sont plus tout à fait contractuelles : il y a finalement 3 chambres toutes équipées d un lit double. Check in rapide et efficace le jour de l arrivée Appartement très bien insonorisé ( c est le quartier de la Sagrada Familia donc bcp bcp de passage) Petit bémol : les voisins qui ont été parfois un peu bruyants, heureusement pas très longtemps !

Appartement agréable et très bien situé

Cet appartement est idéal pour découvrir Barcelone en famille. Il est bien équipé et situé dans un quartier très vivant à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia. Le contact avec l'agence de location et l'accueil ont été sympathiques et efficaces.

Appartement très bien situé avec toutes les commodités nécessaire Juste à côté de la sagrada avec vu sur les tours Les personnes de l agence sont très serviable et très réactives La TV était cassé à notre arrivé j’ai envoyé un mail à 22h le lendemain à 13h elle était changée Le jour du départ Ils ont gardé nos bagages jusqu’à 17h Et nous ont commandé notre taxi pour l Aeroport merci pour tout

Great apartment

Lovely apartment. On 4th floor but thankfully had a lift. Clean and well stocked. Crockery and glasses were in very high cupboards, needed to tiptoe to even the bottom shelf! Central location and amazing views of the towers of Sagrada Familia. Would recommend.

Great property in fabulous location.

This is a very nice property in a wonderful location. It is a three bedroom, very clean and with elevator access. The manager left us a few edibles, which was very thoughtful, and helped us with our luggage once we checked in. Grocery stores and transportation are handy.
