Atlanta, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a utility with a washing machine, a dining room with dining seating for eight and an open fire, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, second-floor king-size, double, and double with an en-suite. There is a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, sun loungers, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub/restaurant 0.1 miles. All of this awaits at Atlanta. Note: In keeping with the character of the cottage, there are a couple of steps on the first-floor landing, and the stairs are fairly steep. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP.
