Villa Son Prats by Escape Home
Villa Son Prats is a property located on Santa Catalina road n8 in the municipality of Ciutadella. An area that stands out for its tranquillity and at the same time for being well situated near the beaches of Santandría, Sa Caleta and Ciutadella.
It is a property of around 350m2 located on a plot of 2100m2.
The property is divided into 2 floors.
It is a rustic-style estate characterised by vintage-style furniture that is well preserved. It has a "Vintage" feel from the sixties and seventies. The bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated, with the original floors from the time preserved, as well as both interior and exterior woodwork.
The peace that the estate conveys is ideal for enjoying pleasant holidays with family or friends in an idyllic setting facing the countryside and close to the city and surrounding beaches.
On the ground floor, we find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a third bedroom with a single bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
On the upper floor of the house, we find another 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and another with 2 single beds (both very spacious with magnificent views of the Menorcan countryside). The upper part of the house is surrounded by a spacious terrace.
The very well-equipped kitchen has been renovated with a small island that houses the meeting centre of the property. It is located in a large space open to the dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace. It includes a table with chairs for several diners.
The outdoor terrace with views of the garden and connected to the living room is where we will spend most of the day, both for its spaciousness and its location. The exterior has a barbecue area. A beautiful porch to spend unforgettable evenings with views of the pool and native garden.
