This apartment 'Garden of Eden' is a brand new renovation. 70 square meters on the ground floor of a unique bourgeois property nestled on the mountain side of Mont Boron. Decorated with style, comfort and colour. The 90 sq meter garden with its incredible views, features an outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Nice old town/town is 10 mins drive, Carrefour supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Great bus services within a 5 mins walk or Uber is easily available.
There are a limited number of parking spaces for the residents, available on a first come first served basis and there are some 'off street' parking spots within a short walk. Parking is not garanteed. Also note the apartment is cliffside, therefore there are quite a few steps and a small elevator to access the apartment.

The property is amazing, clean and welcoming, a home from home. The accommodation was perfect for two couples to enjoy the French Riviera, we spent time exploring the area using public transport and we also enjoyed spending time in the apartment itself. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available including the garden with outdoor furniture and the laundry facilities. The air conditioning was fabulous and very quiet. The beds and the showers are perfect. The views from the garden are spectacular and enhanced our enjoyment. The well equipped Carrefour is very close for provisions and handy bus routes are convenient (evening buses are less frequent so we used the Uber App). There are steps up to the property even when using the lift.

Perfect stay

The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of swimming spots nearby and a great base to explore Nice and surrounds. We spent many balmy evenings in the garden enjoying the stunning view - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location in great neighborhood. Grocery store and harbor in easy walking distance. Sea view from elevated patio was fantastic. Will be even better if bonus room overlooking the sea is finished and available for guests use.

Beautiful updated furnished apartment and the view is spectacular! Pam, the host was exceptional, always available to answer questions. It was very nice to meet her and provide an orientation to the property. The apartment is in a great location, steps away from a supermarket. We had an amazing time there! Thank you

This was a beautiful property. Well located and easy to get around by transit or car. The views were fabulous from the garden and in the area. The accommodations were perfect - clean, well laid out, updated, parking if you needed it, everything was just perfect. It was a bit of an adventure to get to the lower road with some stairs to navigate but there is an elevator to help with most of the height.Pam was super courteous and helpful getting us situated and answering all of our questions. She greeted us late in the day and took the time to explain everything. She was easily reachable if we had any questions.Our stay was so nice that we would definitely come back and stay here. Without hesitation I would recommend this property!

Stunning Views and an Excellently Maintained Property.

Pam was lovely, and brilliantly helpful and communicative. The property was in excellent condition. Well-appointed, well equipped, and immaculately clean upon my arrival. The air conditioning was also fab, and very very welcome. The compact kitchen had everything one would need, and the bathroom in particular was really lovely. The garden was beautiful.HOWEVER. Access to the property was difficult, to say the least. If you have limited mobility, this property will likely be off limits for you. You must either go up in a minuscule elevator, or climb several flights of very steep stairs; not always ideal in the heat of a Niçoise summer. That was, however, the only downside!

A wonderful 7 night stay in this beautiful property. The apt is as advertised, location perfect for numerous activities and the host Pam was lovely to work with. With the bus, grocery store and several cities so close by it makes this property perfect for so many reasons. The apt was clean, comfortable, and the garden made sunset evenings romantic. We were only 2 but this apt easily hosts 4 with the two separate bedrooms and baths. Having a washer dryer also helped with managing beach towels and bathing suits. Thank you for a memorable stay and safe beautiful spot to spend our time in Nice.
