This large pool house in Husby is ideal for large families or groups who want to spend time together in beautiful natural surroundings. Built in 2011, the house covers 300 square meters and is set on a spacious 3500 square meter plot. With sleeping space for up to 20 people, this pool house is ideal for relaxation and fun activities.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



When you enter the house, you immediately notice the modern interior and the spacious rooms. There are seven bedrooms in total, four with double beds, two with two bunk beds each and one room with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the activity room, which offers an additional two sleeping places, so everyone has their own place to relax. The house is equipped with three bathrooms, all of which have a shower, toilet and sink, which means minimal waiting times even when the house is full.



For those who like to prepare food, the kitchen is equipped with modern facilities such as a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and corner cupboard. There are also two refrigerators with a total freezer capacity of over 100 litres, why you can store all your food. The open kitchen is ideal for sitting together with the family and preparing delicious meals.



When it comes to entertaining, there is no shortage of options. The house has an activity room with a pool table and an additional TV corner. That's why there are two TVs in the house, offering both Danish channels and German TV via a satellite dish, as well as Chromecast for streaming your favorite shows. Internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected if you want.



Outside you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. There is also a barbecue so you can prepare delicious meals outside as well. The children will love the playground with swings and sandpit, while the adults can relax by the pool, which also has a fun water slide. For those who want to pamper themselves, there is an indoor spa that can accommodate up to seven people, as well as an infrared sauna to relax in after a long day.
