Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, ensuring privacy throughout their stay. Free parking is available on-site for added convenience, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay.

For smooth check-in, please provide passport copies of all guests staying at least 24 hours prior to arrival as it is compulsory in Dubai, if you book to arrive on the same day, we require 4 hours' notice to allow access to the property.

acess cards are limted to 1 only during your stay . Don't lose it was there is a 400 AED fine.
standard check-in time is 3 Pm but for events beyond our control could be delayed by a couple o hours as we may need extra time for cleaning or fixing .
passport copies and ETA must be shared at least 4 hours before arrival for smooth check-in as it is required by the authorities for registration.
check out time is 11 am, unauthorized delays will be charged at a rate of AED 300/ hour.
extra beds are on request and require a 24-hour notice, extra bd charges apply.
