The main floor includes a master bedroom with a double bed, private dressing room, and ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom. A spacious living room is equipped with a Smart-TV, high-speed internet, a plush sofa, and direct terrace access. The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with premium appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Adjacent is a utility room with a washer-dryer for added convenience.

The basement includes a third bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom. It also features a private terrace and a games room with a ping-pong table for family fun.

The villa's outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a magnificent terrace accessible through glass sliding doors. It features an alfresco dining area with an Argentine charcoal barbecue, a solarium with comfortable sun loungers, and a private pool (6m x 3.5m, depth 1.5m), heatable at an additional cost, with steps for easy access and an open poolside shower.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, Villa Barranco offers easy access to Tauro Beach, just a 14-minute walk away, and the renowned Guantánamo Restaurant, a 12-minute stroll. The area also offers scenic coastal walks connecting Tauro with Amadores Beach, Puerto Rico, and Playa del Cura. Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas are a 12-minute drive, Mogán and Taurito are just five minutes away, and the airport is only 30 minutes by car.

Amenities include weekly cleaning service for stays over seven nights with linen and towel changes, as well as a cot and highchair available on request for children under two years of age. Personal key delivery is available until 8:00 PM.

Important Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly forbidden. Overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests is prohibited, except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and is only allowed on open terraces or balconies, with care expected for furniture and grass. A deposit of €2,000 is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection. Guests are encouraged to check for any previous damage at check-in and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings. Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in is available on request and entails the following charges:
between 20:30 and 22:00 - €30;
between 22:00 and 00:00 - €50;
between 00:00 and 01:30 - €80.
