The Bright and Cozy Hideaway Studio

We offer a beautiful, fully equipped modern apartment for rent a nicely designed new building with a size of 40 m2 on the 2nd floor with an elevator near Brumlovka and BB Centrum. The studio is very spacious and bright.

The apartment has a Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, Google Chrome, etc., a kitchen unit, a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and an anteroom with storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tchibo coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, dishes and cutlery. The apartment has a wooden floor.

The apartment is very quiet, in a residential area. To relax, you can use the common garden with a gazebo belonging to the house. Excellent accessibility - tram 11 (11 min to IP Pavlova) and 14 (14 min to Karlovo nám.), Michelská station is only a 2-minute walk away, and buses to BB Centrum, Brumlovce and Pankráci are only 1 min from the house.

There are also good civic amenities in the place - shops, bars and restaurants, services, theaters, schools.

The elegant wine bar is located right in the house. The apartment is fully equipped for your comfortable living. Apart from your clothes and personal belongings, you don't need to move anything else to your new home.

Check-in time is possible any time after 16:00.
Check-out is until 11:00.

In case of loss of keys to the apartment or in the case of smoking in the apartment, w(hidden)im compensation in the amount of EUR 100 for the resulting complications.

Holding parties and smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).

2) Check-in: starts from 16:00. Kindly share your time of arrival. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

3) Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and the remaining trash in the apartment. Close propetly all windows and the main door. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

4) The apartment has a personal check-in free of charge until 21:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, a personal check-in comes with an extra charge - see the price below.

5) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to 500 €.

6) Pets are not allowed to stay in the Premises.

7) Kids under 6 are not allowed to stay on the Premises.

8) More than 2 people are not allowed to stay on the Premises.

9) No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

10) Please, follow the quiet hours. Respect the Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

11) The primary communication with us is conducted via the platform you used for booking.

12) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.

13) Follow trash disposal instructions and other provided instructions on how to use the appliances of the apartment.

14) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.

15) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
