Villa Mare Studios, is a family-run business in Makris Gialos, Zakynthos and offers a peaceful retreat embraced by olive groves and breathtaking views of crystal-clear waters and lush mountains.

The Two-Storey Maisonette has a size of 37sqm & is located on the 1st floor & the 2nd floor. On the lower floor, you will find an open-plan area with 2 single beds, a common sitting & kitchen area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. From the inner stairs, you will be led to the upper floor, where the bedroom with 1 double bed is located. This bedroom overlooks the common sitting & kitchen area from its mezzanine balcony type. It features an A/C & flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric kitchen, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, kitchenware & cutlery). Iron & ironing board are also featured upon request, while parking & free WiFi are also available.

From its furnished balcony, you can enjoy amazing sea views.

This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. A baby cot can be also fitted for a child up to 2 years of age (free of charge, upon request & availability).

*Note: please be aware that despite being located on the first floor, it has a ground-level entrance due to the building`s inclined structure.
