Villa Meloneras is a beautifully renovated, luxury 4-bedroom villa accommodating up to 8 guests, located in the sophisticated Meloneras area in southern Gran Canaria, offering an exclusive private pool and stylish amenities.



Ideal for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience, this villa provides a serene retreat just moments away from the vibrant beaches of Meloneras and Maspalomas, as well as top-tier bars, restaurants, boutiques, and luxury spas.



The villa spans two floors and a basement, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and direct terrace access, while the other bedrooms offer twin beds. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, ensuring year-round comfort.



The bright, spacious living room includes satellite TV, and the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The villa’s large terrace invites outdoor living with a private pool (heated for an additional fee), sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining area perfect for alfresco meals. The pool is designed with Roman steps and railings for easy access and measures 7m x 2.5m with a depth of 1.5m.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 1.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
