To access the villa there is a path which is 360cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 75cm wide. The path to the poolside is 82cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, with an artificial lawn area. There is a small lip over the patio doors. Most rooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom door is 67cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 58cm wide.
