Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!

Pros: This was an amazing Villa in the perfect spot for the Beach and shops and Golf , lovely ealk approx 1 hour from the Villa to Puerto Banus where you can choose from many bars and restaurants and watch the world go by ! Mila and Santiago were really helpful leading up to our stay and during the stay, I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone with families or for men on a Golfing Holiday 👍 We hope to go back at some point Alan & Nicola, Faye & Shawn and Jessica & Finley xxx ❤️

Pros: We are a group of grown-ups who go to Spain every year to have a good time together and relax. We have now been in this fantastic and wonderful house - everything is just in a very good shape. The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Everything at the villa was superb, very clean, tidy and all facilities that were required. Pros: The villa is in a perfect spot, close to town, without the traffic and noise, great restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The villa was wonderful, had all we needed for a restful vacation. The owners are very responsive as we couldn't figure out the TV , they came and helped us with it. The grounds are beautifully, professionally maintained by a lovely gardener weekly, as well as the pool. This was our second visit to San Pedro, we just love the area and loved having the villa as our home base. Can't wait to visit again!!

The villa was more than comfortable for the 4 of us, the decor was beautiful, and especially loved the modern, and plentiful bathrooms. The owners were more than helpful getting us situated, and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We can not wait to return to Spain and this specific villa.

Pros: We enjoyed a great family holiday in this villa with lovely pool and enclosed gardens. Car recommended as San Pedro is 20-25 minutes walk. Beach very close but spoilt by many wheelie bins. Public swimming pool over the road was a private pool with sun beds for hire. Mr Santiago was very helpful and directed our daughters taxi when it could not find the villa, it is very secluded and not easy to locate.

Restaurants on beach expensive but if you download Uber it’s only a couple of euro into San Pedro or a 20 min walk to the center . The only bad points were that the towels were never changed during the week and one if the air con units were broken however it was fixed the following day. Would recommend this location.

The best part was the surprise when we arrived - a Christmas tree in the living room and beautiful white lights outside!! The villa worked out very well for all ages including my elderly Mother and two teenage girls. We're all from different parts of the world (Singapore and Canada) so to come together for Christmas was amazing!

The house had everything we needed including towels, beach towels and gas grill for barbecue. The garden was wonderful with a lot of beautiful trees and flowers, many sun beds and a nice pool. The pool isn't big, but enough for the children. One minute walk to the beach with beach clubs, but we spent most of the time in the garden. Good information and support before and under our stay.

We had a fantastic week and enjoyed to the full by the sun, swimming in the pool and beautiful moments in the garden. The house was a dream with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The promenaded was wonderful and perfect for early jogging. We were also very kindly received. Can only say FANTASTIC!! We gladly return!

Pros: We really enjoyed your nice villa. Our grandchildren would not go home and had a marvelous week. We had both lunch and dinner the last day at the very good restaurant "El Ancla" near by. We were at the zoo, butterfly house, dolphin show etc. etc. Our 50 year anniversary was just what we hoped for. The weather was also on our side. We will recommend your villa to friends. Santiago, the caretaker was also a nice guy. Back home we have a temperature of +2 degrees celsius, should have been in Spain an other week!! Thanks so much.

Pros: My family, including my adult son as well as my daughter, her husband and my 12 and 10 year old grandchildren, arrived very weary from long flights from the USA and were met by a very congenial and helpful, Mr. Santiago, who put us at ease. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful in a lovely garden setting filled with bougainvillea and many other flowering plants, and with all the conveniences one could want. The children especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and the family spent many happy times there. The location is perfect for going to the beach...a 2 minute walk, the promenade along the beach to Puerto Banus, as well as a short walk to local stores. It is also convenient for day trips to Tangier, Granada, Cordova, Ronda and other nearby historic sites. Two Beach Clubs, El Ancla and Macaao, are just a minute walk from the back gate and both are quite lovely with wonderful food. All in all, our two week stay was all that we hoped for and we hated to say goodbye.
