For those less inclined to stay in the shade, embrace the sun on the various loungers dotted about the terrace and work on your tan throughout your stay. Once you've had enough of the sun, head inside and feel revitalised after a walk down the air-conditioned hallways to the cool bedrooms, perfect to chill out when you're inside!

Please note, the first floor is only accessed externally. There is an external doorway, that leads to a separate hallway and entrance to the first floor.

Mobility statement - To access the villa Brisa y Mar there is an open path which is 280cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 190cm whilst other access doors have a width of 190cm. The outside space fairly flat with ramps in the garden and around the pool. The pool itself has Roman step access. On entering the villa via kitchen door there are 4 steps and via the patio doors there are no steps. Inside the villa, the bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the bathroom doors on are 60cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first.
