★ Step-Free Outdoor Escape Route ★ The property does have a step-free outdoor escape route. There is a paved patio area leading directly onto the lawn, with a gentle upward incline providing access around to the front of the property. While this route may not be suitable for all mobility aids or meet every individual expectation, there is a clear and usable exit from the house without steps.
★ Parking ★ ✔ Free on-site parking for multiple vehicles
Additional Information • Several pubs and restaurants are a short drive or taxi ride away • Local supermarkets are available in Alvechurch and Barnt Green • Birmingham city centre is approximately 30 minutes by car • Train services are available from Alvechurch station • A private chef can be arranged to cook at the property (on request)
★ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Grange House ★ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
Early Check-In Early check-in may be possible only if there is no check-out scheduled on the same day. When available, this can be arranged as follows:
Early Check-in from 1 PM: £50 per hour
Late Check-Out
Up to 1:00 pm: £50 per hour
Between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm: half of the average nightly rate
Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.
★ Lost Property & Returns ★ If personal items are left at the property, we can arrange to return them upon request, where possible. A flat £7 return fee will apply to cover postage, packaging, and handling time. This fee must be paid before items are shipped. For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.
★ Optional Extra Linens & Towels★ Each booking includes a standard set of towels and bed linens based on the number of guests booked, to keep pricing fair and competitive.
Extra items may be added before arrival or during your stay (subject to availability): Extra towel set (for up to 2 guests): £10 Extra linen set (per bed): £15

Guest access The property is entirely yours during your stay.

A pool table or table football would have been good and is easier to contain compared to say table tennis.Grange Hall could sleep 24 but we only found 16 bowls.At night, outside in the driveway was extremely dark and we would have benefited from more courtesy lighting, even if sensor activated. Collecting things from the car in the dark was traumatic for some. I recommend some discrete lights in the grass. One person inadvertently reversed onto the grass because they couldn't see the border.My daughter and niece thought there could be improved lighting around the hot tub but I questioned why they went in there in the middle of the night anyway
