The apartment features a bright living room, equipped with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stovetop, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and an american coffee maker.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the modern bathroom is spacious and includes a shower box.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the warmer months. Additionally, an uncovered parking space is available through the property.
