Ville Rosa-Pi are two beautiful adjoining villas, both with swimming pool and sea view, a few steps from Tropea and the beach, which can accommodate up to 20 people.
Immersed in the greenery are the Ville Rosa-Pi, two comfortable and large adjacent homes, almost twins, both with swimming pool and large garden that can accommodate up to 20 people, with a total of 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 kitchens + living rooms.
Space, privacy and comfort are the dominant features of the villas, in addition to the proximity of the beaches and restaurants for which Brattirò is renowned for quality and service.
Both villas are arranged on three levels, for each, on the first and second floors is located the main unit and on the ground floor the annex.

Both villas are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, and there is also a gas heating system, which makes them perfect for low season stays.

The Rosa-Pi Villas each have their own private and fenced parking which is accessed via an electric gate, the parking of each individual home has a capacity of approximately 5 cars.

The villas are located a few steps from the sea and the pretty village of Brattirò, the nearest beach is 3 km away while Tropea is about 4 km away. Some excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
