Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant High Street! This charming apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring two cosy bedrooms—a king-size bed in one and a double bed in the other. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, you’ll love the warm, welcoming space designed for relaxation and convenience.

The apartment boasts a fully equipped private kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. After a day of sightseeing, unwind in the living room, where you can relax with your favourite book, or TV show, or just enjoy some downtime.

Please note that the property is accessible only via some spiral steep stairs, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility. For your convenience, check-in is simple and stress-free: we offer self-check-in only, with keys securely stored in a key safe on the property.

While parking is not available directly at the property, paid public parking can be found on nearby streets.

Located right on the iconic High Street, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience the best of Edinburgh. Just steps away, explore the historic Royal Mile, packed with charming shops, cosy cafés, and lively pubs. Visit Edinburgh Castle, perched majestically above the city, or take a short stroll to Holyrood Palace, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland.

The best location. Right on Royal Mile. Comfortable and roomy for 2 couples. Just note you need to carry bags to the apt from 1 block away (when Royal Mile is walking only) and it's 4 flights up spiral staircase. Not to noisy in the middle of The fringe.

Fantastic location. Very clean, tidy, roomy, and charming. Plenty of space for our family of four. The view was so great, and the stairs were fun! One chair broke during our stay, but replacements were brought immediately. I didn't do my homework well enough about parking, and it took me a while to navigate unloading and find a place to park safely for three days, but that's my fault. The prime location is absolutely worth that inconvenience. Highly recommend this spot!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The water pressure was quite low which made the shower a bit tricky. The spiral staircase up to the apartment was a bit challenging.

Excellent location for Fringe venues. Everything was in easy walking distance. The only downside was the long and winding stairs. It’s a very nice little flat on the whole.

Great spot for first time travelers

In a great location, we were able to walk to many main tourist attracts including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace.Stairs are spiral and are a bit of a difficulty for older travelers or lots of luggage.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at this residence. The location on the Royal Mile was very convenient to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants, and offered an outstanding view up and down the Mile. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-lighted, and had all the necessary amenities, as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the windows opened easily for extra ventilation, given we arrived during a warm spell in the city. The washer was easy to use and the availability of an indoor drying rack was very helpful. The access procedures were provided right before arrival (as promised) and were very straightforward. We had no issues in accessing the suite and had no need to contact the host during our stay. The accompanying videos on the link were a very thoughtful addition. As noted though, it is on the 5th floor so comfort with the stairwells would be a necessity for fully enjoying the suite. Again, the view from that level is quite outstanding.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great choice for 12 nights in Edinburgh. Only downside of the place to consider is that it is lovated in the 4th floor and there is no lift. As we had backpacks and were travelling light, and our group was mostly young, this was not a problem, but if you are coming with youngstersolder people,with heavy luggage, might be a problem.

The apartment was spacious, very clean & bright. Modern decor & all amenities. It looks over the buzzing Royal Mile with shops, cafes & restaurants. The steps up to the apartment were a challenge & would only want to walk up once a day! The apartment warmed up quickly once arriving. Comfortable beds & plenty of towels. The water pressure was really low so even brushing your teeth was a challenge. Also they could do with hooks to hang your clothes & towels in the bathroom & bedrooms. Leave an information pack with WiFi codes & maybe some recommendations of places to eat.

The description of the property, which stated that there were "some" spiral stairs, was not completely accurate. There were 75 stairs, mostly spiral, leading up to our apartment. I would argue that 75 spiral stairs is more than "some" spiral stairs. Carrying our luggage up the stairs was a frightful and exhausting experience. Even without luggage, the climb up and down the passage was hellish. Because the climb was so difficult, my party would leave in the morning and return only at the end of the day. Including a photo of the stairway in the listing might help potential renters decide if this property would accommodate their needs. I definitely would not have chosen this rental had I seen a photo of the stairs.Aside from the spiral of doom, the actual apartment is wonderful! The bedrooms are roomy, the entire space is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient! We loved being on the Royal Mile!
