This holiday home is located in the district of Klavenz, a 5-minute walk from the market square. The highlight here is definitely the large private garden. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 3 people. Bathroom with shower and a private parking directly next to the garden are available to our guests. The accommodation offers a smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a dishwasher. Bus stop is right next door. Of course, bed linen, towels and much more are on site.

Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
