Koko&friends are located on the first floor of the apartment building. Neighbor hood is perfectly safe with lot of children parks and promenades. 200 meters from apartment you can find market with daily fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. Neighborhood is only ten minutes of walking from biggest beach in Split and you have to cross only one road to get there. Center of Split is 5 minutes away with car, or 15 minutes of walking distance. Behind the building you can find free parking for your car. Neighborhood has lot of bars, small restaurants and supermarkets due its location close to the student campus. You can find plenty of young college students and meet many interesting people.
