Enjoy our stylish apartment living with stunning views, located on The Green, a pedestrianised area within the centre of Aberdeen with independent cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Personally I love this apartment as a comfortable and peaceful place, in the heart of the city, as you watch the world go by from the living room windows. Alexander Apartment, The Green has a home from home feel and truly is a hidden gem in the heart of the city.
Alexander Apartment is a modern, cosy, fully furnished, set back on a cobbled street with views of Union Street, our main shopping street. With home from home comforts it has a sunny, peaceful living room with a desk\work area and a view of our large Nuart Mural, with lots of natural lighting, a comfortable sofa, 2 reading chairs, reading books, free wifi, a Smart TV where you can log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account.
The dining kitchen is fully equipped with crockery/utensils, a washing machine, oven, microwave and filtered coffee.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with 2 single beds and hairdryers.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with toiletries.
Electric Heating throughout.
Truly a city centre hidden gem with various parking available, at College Street Car Park and Q Park situated right opposite the apartment and there is also on street parking.
The Area and Transport
His Majesty's Theatre, Tivoli Theatre, Aberdeen Arts Centre, The Music Hall, Union Terrace Gardens, The Maritime Museum, Aberdeen Harbour and Marischal Square (adjacent to the magnificent gothic granite building - Marischal College) are just around the corner.

- 2 minute walk to Union Square Shopping Centre and Union Street our main shopping street
-4 minute walk to His Majesty's Theatre, Union Terrace Gardens

I am local and from Aberdeen. Aberdeen has so much to offer, in the city and the surrounding area. We have an interesting historical granite city with beautiful architecture. We have fantastic castles nearby, beautiful beaches and countryside on our doorstep, the most amazing red skies in the morning and at night and if your'e lucky you might see the 'Northern Lights' of Aberdeen, the Aurora Borealis. I enjoy being a host showing off our wonderful granite city in Scotland to others.

Set back with views of Union Street from the front living room and views of Union Square from the kitchen at the back of the apartment in a great central location. The apartment is very peaceful and has a cosy home from home feel.
