Inside, Caelum Villa offers 140m² of beautifully designed living space on a single level, providing easy access and a seamless flow between rooms. Each of the four spacious bedrooms features its own en suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, with additional sleeping options available to extend capacity to 10 (one on the sofa in the living room and another on an air mattress available upon request).



The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 65" Smart TV and a PlayStation 5. High-end amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, a Nespresso machine, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, provide all the comforts of home. Families will find the villa especially welcoming, with thoughtful touches like baby cots and high chairs available on request.



The villa's outdoor space is a true haven, featuring a private heated pool measuring 32m² (4m x 8m, 1.6 meters deep) with a separate children’s section measuring 2.5m x 4m (0.6 meters deep), surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and lounge areas. You can soak up the sun, enjoy a chilled bottle of wine, or dive into a favorite book, all without leaving the comfort of your private retreat.



For those who love to cook and dine outdoors, the villa offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, featuring a gas BBQ (Broil King), an electric oven, induction hobs, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and utensils. The shaded dining area is perfect for memorable meals under the stars, and additional luxuries include a 55” Smart TV in the BBQ area and a lounge by the pool with a fire pit (available upon request at extra cost) and a 32” Smart TV, making it an ideal spot for sunset cocktails.

Caelum Villa is situated near the picturesque village of Skouloufia, a small settlement in the Arkadi municipality, and close to the renowned town of Rethymno. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling, making it an ideal spot to explore the authentic Cretan countryside and enjoy stunning views of the imposing Psiloritis mountain range, stretching from the island's northwest to the southeast.

The nearest local taverna is located in Skouloufia, just 2 kilometers away (less than 5 minutes by car). For a beautiful sandy beach, head to Skaleta, 8 kilometers from the villa (about 15 minutes by car), where you'll also find various shops, supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, an ATM, a gas station, and other essential facilities. Additionally, in Stavromenos, about 10 minutes by car, you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, and delightful local tavernas. The villa’s excellent location allows easy access to all the famous beaches and attractions of Rethymno, which are within a 20-minute drive.



A car is highly recommended to fully explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the nearby attractions at your convenience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Guidelines:

•Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions.

•Usage Period | Heating is generally available from March through mid-June, and again in October and November.

•Advance Request | A minimum of one day’s notice in advance is required to arrange heating.

•Extra Charges | €70 per day applies.

•Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.

•Weather Restrictions | Heating will not operate if the outdoor temperature exceeds 25°C or during rainy conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable.
