Stunning Character Property with Hot tub

NEW SAUNA ARRIVING IN APPROX 8 WEEKS!

Wonderful large stone farmhouse with hot tub, open plan living areas and games room.

Beautiful countryside location. The property is surrounded by rural views. The house is located between Kendal and Sedbergh and is close to the Lake District.

The house itself is huge with 4 large family bedrooms. The master bedroom has one super king sized bed and en suite bathroom. There is a family bedroom with a king sized bed and a single bed. There is a second family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The fourth bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a large family bathroom equipped with bath and separate shower.

Downstairs there is a large living room with a real log burning fire and open plan seating area (seats approx 10 people comfortably). There is a separate games room and downstairs wc.

The property has an open plan kitchen/dining area. The dining table accommodates 10 people. The kitchen is a fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with central island for social gatherings. All appliances are present including, double fridge/freezer, full range cooker, microwave, fresh coffee maker and dishwasher.

'Stunning Character Property with Hot Tub' does NOT do this place justice- it's simply magical

This home nesteled between The Dales and The Lake District was so dreamy, I only regret not booking us for longer than two nights. The owner was so kind. The gorgeous property located on a working horse farm where you can walk along and give the animals love and attention. Every detail done with care to give you an extra special stay, from bottled water to fresh cut flowers dotted all around the house... just STUNNING. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAURIE!

Absolutely stunning cottage with so many beautiful and thoughtful touches such as stunning fresh flowers in lots of the room. Truly a spacious, luxurious five star cottage we all absolutely loved it . The facilities outside were also excellent and the hosts had thought of everything. Loads of different seating areas inside and out and a really enjoyable and luxurious stay x Ideally the cottage would have one extra bathroom and an enclosed garden for dogs but honestly none of this affected our overall enjoyment of the rental experience or cottage. The cottage was also very clean and bedding and beds were five star x The photos do not do this beautiful cottage justice at all, it's truly stunning . Sadly communication proved difficult and was sparse, very last minute access details also proved very stressful as we were trying to coordinate four separate couples all arriving from different regions at different times x Such a shame as this made the day of arrival quite stressful for everyone . Overall this was a beautiful cottage and had absolutely everything that our hearts desired. We would most definitely return but would appreciate better communication from the hosts in addition to earlier access details prior to arrival A five star cottage with outstanding interior and exterior facilities
