This delightful 90 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs.

This bright and modern space is designed with open living and kitchen areas that create a welcoming atmosphere. The cozy sitting area is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, offering a comfortable spot to unwind while watching TV.

The open kitchen is a social hub, ideal for preparing meals and sharing time together. It’s fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals. Plus, a dishwasher and washing machine are provided for your convenience.

There are three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space, while the other two rooms feature comfortable single beds and ample wardrobe space, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable retreat.

The two stylish bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including plush towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step outside to the charming terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy your own peaceful oasis.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This peaceful neighbourhood in Lisbon is known for its quiet streets, local shops, and cosy cafés. Located near Avenida de Roma, it offers a more relaxed, authentic experience away from the city’s tourist crowds. The area is dotted with green spaces, perfect for a leisurely stroll or enjoying a coffee while soaking in the local atmosphere.

A key highlight is the Igreja de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, a modern church with striking architecture. Its calm ambience makes it a lovely spot for reflection, and the surrounding plaza provides a tranquil place to unwind. Whether exploring the nearby parks or enjoying local treats, this neighbourhood offers a charming slice of Lisbon life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Praça de Espanha, is just a 650-meter walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
