Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester. Chester also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Travel Cots & High Chairs
Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £125 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

So oversold. The pictures and descriptions were way over flattering. It was below average for comfort. The en-suite bed had no box spring and creaked like crazy every time you turned over in it. The area the property is in is good for getting into the center of Chester but is very sketchy, with lots of insalubrious characters hanging around. Would definitely NOT stay there again.
