2 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins drive to Kingsbarns Golf Club, 5 mins to the beach. 15 mins drive to St Andrews and The Old Course.
The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample free parking directly outside to the rear.
The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor - large lounge, kitchen with dining table. 1 shower room with toilet on this level. Access out to the rear garden via the kitchen French doors.
First Floor - 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms. Large family bathroom with bath tub and shower.
