On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace. It also has a small, fully equipped kitchenette and additional toilet facilities. On the first floor, there are three rooms, one of which has a private bathroom.



The spacious terrace with an impressive 26 m² heated whirlpool pool and comfortable loungers invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquil Mediterranean atmosphere. Equipped with an outdoor grill, the patio is perfect for gathering and enjoying the fresh air.



For the convenience of guests, a garage and parking spaces for four cars are available.
