The villa has four bedrooms designed for maximum comfort. Three spacious rooms are equipped with double beds, while the roof suite offers additional luxury with a private bathroom and breathtaking views. The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children, making it ideal for families or larger groups.



On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace. It also has a small, fully equipped kitchenette and additional toilet facilities. On the first floor, there are three rooms, one of which has a private bathroom.



The spacious terrace with an impressive 26 m² heated whirlpool pool and comfortable loungers invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquil Mediterranean atmosphere. Equipped with an outdoor grill, the patio is perfect for gathering and enjoying the fresh air.



For the convenience of guests, a garage and parking spaces for four cars are available.



Petrčane is the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The historic city of Zadar, a few kilometres away, will delight you with attractions such as the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. There are also national parks nearby such as Kornati, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes, ideal for nature lovers and adventurers.
