Brickyard Cottage is a stylish, newly refurbished, comfortable cottage in the riverside village of North Ferriby offering a tranquil bolthole whilst within easy travelling distance of Hull, Beverley, Melton and the M62. There is a mainline station within easy walking distance, woodland, riverside and country walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way, with a great pub, cafes and restaurant in the village. Inside is surprisingly spacious and well appointed with modern amenities.

My wife Zoë and I live in Driffield, East Yorkshire and have three holiday apartments in the great seaside town of Scarborough, a cottage in the Western Lake District and this is our newest home to let for holidays, work and quite often for visiting relatives. Zoë was brought up in North Ferriby so it’s a kind of homecoming for her.

Light and surprisingly spacious it offers a tranquil bolthole yet conveniently situated for travel to Hull, Beverley, Doncaster, York, Sheffield, Leeds, Melton, M62 and beautiful East Yorkshire Wolds. The mainline station is within easy walking distance with woodland and countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way. Free on street parking

We are always happy to be in this house, it has a nice feel to it and we have lovely neighbours. We’re sure you will enjoy staying not just because of the house but also the village itself is very pleasant.
